By signing this application, I understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Sniper Tools Design Company, LLC's method of operation depends upon the careful control of firearms by each Student, and such control depends upon the wholehearted cooperation of its clients; therefore, I fully understand that my instruction may be terminated at any time during the course if the staff deems my cooperation or interpersonal behavior unsatisfactory.

2. I agree to abide by the safety rules as put forth by Sniper Tools Design Company, LLC and I agree to sign a waiver releasing Sniper Tools Design Company, LLC from any and all injuries(s), and liability that I may sustain during the training program.

3. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the class or will be accompanied by a Parent of Guardian, who will accept full responsibility of my actions.

4. I understand that my deposit is only refundable with more than sixty (60) days notice prior to the start of the class. If I cancel with less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of my confirmed class, my deposit is non-refundable.
